This is a legal agreement between you (the player) and Hypernova Studios (also known as kmann314 on Itch.io), the creator of Dark Frontier. By playing, downloading, or accessing this game, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, please don’t play or use the game.

1. License to Use

You are given a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to play Dark Frontier. This means you can:

• Play the game for fun.

• Share screenshots or gameplay videos online.

• Talk about it and stream it.

But you cannot:

• Sell or re-upload the game anywhere.

• Modify, hack, or reverse-engineer the game.

• Use the game’s code, graphics, music, or other assets in your own project without permission.

2. Ownership

Dark Frontier is owned by Hypernova Studios. All rights not specifically given to you in this agreement still belong to Hypernova Studios.

3. User Conduct

If the game has online or multiplayer features, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or abuse the system.

• Harass or threaten other players.

• Try to break or disrupt the game.

Hypernova Studios reserves the right to ban, block, or restrict access to players who break these rules.

4. Disclaimer

Dark Frontier is provided “as is.” That means:

• There are no guarantees it will work perfectly on all systems.

• If it crashes or something goes wrong, Hypernova Studios is not responsible for any damage, data loss, or issues caused by using the game.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Hypernova Studios is not liable for any indirect, accidental, or special damages caused by the game, even if you told them something might go wrong.

6. Updates and Changes

This EULA may change over time. When it does, the new version will be available on the game’s Itch.io page. By continuing to use the game, you agree to follow the updated rules.

7. Legal Stuff

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If there’s ever a legal dispute, it will be handled in Florida courts. If you live in a different state or country, you agree that Florida law still applies.
